Kylie Kearney (nee Hogan) is the daughter of Mick Hogan, the namesake of the business. Kylie is a University of Newcastle graduate and the doting mother of three beautiful children (future hot water and air conditioning apprentices). She runs the admin and marketing and is also a business partner.

About Us
Hogan Hot Water & Air Conditioning is a family business owned by Mike and Kylie Kearney (nee Hogan). Kylie’s dad Mick introduced Mike (confusing we know!!) to the business some 24 years ago. Mike’s been the head technician for over twenty years and is a licensed Electrician, Plumber, Gas Fitter and Refrigeration Mechanic with a passion for hot water like no other – there’s no type of water heater that Mike can’t fix so if you have a tricky one then he’s the man for the job!
Kylie is a marketing and admin guru with hot water in her DNA having a lifetime of experience in the industry. She took her first phone calls from clients as a ten year old kid before mobile phones even existed and after office hours the business was run from the Hogan family home in the eighties.
Jamie Gartsky is a second generation Air Conditioning and Refrigeration mechanic who learnt his trade from his dad and uncle before him. He joined the the Hogan family team, plied his trade servicing and replacing hot water systems and has now added air conditioning to our range of services with his tremendous knowledge and customer service.
